Hello there, I’m Kirstie Anne, Holistic Wellbeing Mentor, and I’m here to offer support to fellow tired mamas everywhere who are struggling with their health and wellbeing.
Welcome to my website where I share delicious, (mostly) healthy recipes, self-care hacks and health tips with you.
I’m a big lover of plant-based eating (although I’ve not always eaten this way, so some of my older recipes don’t quite fit in there!), saving the planet and encouraging Mothers to look after themselves.
I passionately believe in sharing the message that it IS possible to regain control of your health through plant-based eating, homeopathy and self-care and that chronic fatigue, hormone imbalance and thyroid issues are NOT just something you have to ‘put up with’ now you’re a Mum.
I Home Educate my two kids so I understand what it’s like to be interrupted seven billion times a day, awoken at the crack of a sparrow’s fart in the morning and have no privacy when trying to pee. I also understand what it’s like to pour so much of your energy into your family that there’s barely anything left for yourself!
As a Holistic Wellbeing Mentor it’s my job to provide you with the support you need to make changes in your life so that you can feel energised, healthy and reconnected to yourself. Sometimes it’s not the knowing what to do that is the problem, but having the support in place to get it done!
I have qualifications in Homeopathy, Psychology & Vegan Nutrition and I am also a registered member of the Complementary Medical Association.
