As a Holistic Wellbeing Mentor I mostly work with women who are feeling tired, burnt out and overwhelmed. Not just tired but oh-my-god-how-do-I-even-function-like-this-tired! The wake-up feeling more exhausted than when you went to bed kind of tired. The kinda tired where you’ve not slept properly since 2012 kinda tired! The kinda tired that gets brushed off as “well, I have young kids, everyone is this tired, it’s fine!” kinda tired! That fatigue can really make everything feel so overwhelming that you don’t even know where to start ‘fixing’ things! Sound Familiar?
Yeah, we’ve all been there! But the good news is that there are things that you can change so that you feel less like a mombie! And my job is to work with you to help you overcome the challenges that you have to achieving great self-care and optimal wellbeing.

After the Discovery Session you can then choose to book some 1:1 Consultations which are also carried out online (and last about an hour each) where we can really dive in and begin to help you take control of your health and wellbeing with simple actionable goals to aim for before the follow-up session.
