Our household juggles several food intolerances (dairy, soy and gluten!) so eating plant-based can be a bit tricky sometimes and kids can be difficult to feed at the best of times! This 13 page pdf guide has some fab ideas and a couple of new recipes for you – including the delicious chocolate hummus pictured above.
The recipes in the guide are all gluten free, dairy free, egg-free, vegan, refined sugar free and with nut-free options. Even if you’re not eating or considering a plant-based diet, it’s still a great resource for a bit of snack inspo if you’re in a food rut.
